Shipping Policy:
Your order will usually
be shipped from our plant via UPS Ground within 7-10 Business Days from
receipt of payment. The time UPS takes to ship the order may take from
1 to 5 business days. Orders originating from outside of the US
Mainland (48 States) will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
US Mainland (48 States): Shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location within the US.
Hawaii,
Alaska, U.S. Provinces, and all Western Hemisphere Countries: Orders
can not be processed on this website. These orders will have to faxed
or phoned in. Shipping is based on the weight of the product. You are
responsible for an additional import / export fees if applicable.
Overseas
(Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Russia, China, etc.): This website
can not take orders for any overseas nation (you can still sign-up to
view our prices). We can work with you but orders will have to be taken
by fax or phone, and you will have to know exactly what you want. The
cost of shipping packages through UPS/DHL/FedEx/USPS is very expensive.
We can give you a quote if you know exactly what you would like.
Rush Orders: Plese let us know if this is a rush order. Together we can determine if this is possible.
Returns and Refund Policy:
All Sales are Final.
We do not stock or pre-pour any of our product line. Your order is made
custom for you when you order it.
You may cancel your order within the first 3 days of placing it with us.
You
may refuse shipment on your order. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee
and the cost of the refused return shipment assessed to the refund.
Refunds are processed in the manner they were received.
If the return is the result of an error made by
us (wrong scent or style/size), we will send you replacements for these
items. We will have you return wrongly sent products back to us. If the color that you ordered is no longer available a refundminus shipping will be returned to you after the return has been processed.

before you ship the item(s) back, and inform us which product(s) you
are returning. We will give you a control # and let you know how and
where to return the product.
Refunds are issued in the form
according to payment method you used at the time of purchase. For
payment made through PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal
account. If you used a credit card, refund will be credited to your
credit card account. Payment made with money order will receive the
refund in form of check which we will mail to you after we receive the
returned product.
PLEASE NOTE:
Because
you are purchasing a pure all natural candle we want to let you know in
advance that if it becomes exposed to higher or lower temperatures it
may arrive with the wax looking "cracked" and/or "sweating" on the top
of the candle. The candle may also be discolored because of heat. This
is NORMAL with Natural Soy Wax Candles and does not effect the
quality of the candle. These natural defects will go away once you
light the candle. We will not do a return for these defects unless they
are severe.
Damaged Items Policy:
We
take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and
safely. But, if the merchandise you received has been damaged, or
broken during shipment please call 763-780-5826 or e-mail us at info@briteagain.com
and inform us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will promptly
send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. All claims must be
filed within 5 days.
Sales Tax:
Unfortunately, Minnesota residents must add 6.5% sales tax.
